Peer-reviewed scientific literature has confirmed the Best Form of Creatine?

Best Form Creatine is …

It is important to recognise that
most creatine supplements are soluble salts.
Soluble salts dissolve because they split into their component parts in
water.  Creatine nitrate splits into
creatine and nitrate, creatine citrate splits into creatine and citrate and so
on.  There is therefore no benefit to
what the non-creatine component of the salt is once the product is
dissolved.  Products that claim to
improve the stability of creatine by buffering it against acid do not do
so.  Once the creatine is dissolved, it’s
on its own and a small amount of alkali buffer is not going to counter the pH
of your stomach acid.  Peer-reviewed
scientific literature has confirmed that there is no benefit to these
alkali-buffered forms of creatine.  Many
of these supplement ingredients are as expensive as they are completely
unstable – pyruvate being a good example.

Creatine has many forms but one form is the Best?
